Shipping Time

All Ucedo creations are handmade, made to order and custom-sized, which takes some time. Please allow 3 to 6 weeks for the production and shipping of your piece.

Returns

As each ring is custom-made, I do not accept returns. However, if the size doesn't fit perfectly, you can request a free resizing within 14 days, provided the ring is in perfect condition with no signs of wear. Resizing cannot exceed one size up or down from the originally requested size; this process takes 3 to 6 weeks and any return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
