We sell handcrafted jewelry, detailed on our website. Each product includes a precise description of its materials and dimensions.
Product photos are provided for reference only. Variations may occur due to differences in screen displays.
All our jewelry is handmade, which may result in slight differences between pieces.
2. Prices
Prices are shown in euros, including all taxes (VAT), excluding shipping costs. The seller reserves the right to modify prices at any time, but the price charged will be the one in effect at the time of the order.
3. Orders
The order is validated when the customer confirms their purchase and completes the online payment using the methods available on the website. The customer will receive a confirmation email with the order details.
The seller reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order in case of stock availability issues or disputes with a customer.
4. Payment
Payment is made at the time of the order via a secure credit card system. No shipment takes place until full payment is received.
5. Delivery
Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are calculated based on the delivery location.
In case of delivery delays, the customer will be informed as soon as possible. We are not responsible for delays attributable to carriers.
